This option is for local customers who would prefer to pick up their order at our clinic rather than have it shipped.

Select In Store Pick Up during checkout and you will receive an email when your order is ready.

For your security, we do not have access to your payment method once your order has been completed. If you would like to add to an order you have just submitted, you may place a separate order and write a note in the Comment Box at checkout letting us know you would like them shipped together and to have any additional shipping charges removed.

We promptly ship all orders from our climate-controlled warehouse, placing a "Protect from Heat" label on each box. However, we have no control over the conditions your package may encounter on the way to you. Avoid leaving packages outside. Once you have received your products it is best to let them sit in a cool room for 24 hours before removing them from the box. Although appearance may be slightly altered, items will re-harden with no loss of taste or nutrition. Some customers opt to avoid heat related issues by planning for orders to be delivered to their work address during the hot summer months.
